Boost your energy throughout the day with the ancient practice of Yoga. Through a wide variety of classes, our qualified instructors will guide you in a cycle of poses, breathing techniques, and meditation to help improve your energy, vitality, and mobility.

The study of yoga improves your physical, mental, and emotional health through coordination of breath, mind, and movement. Reach complete mind-body health and leave feeling centered and rejuvenated after a calming hour of stretches and poses. Our small, semi-private group setting allows for greater relaxation and more focused one-on-one attention from the instructor.

We all know that the more you give to yourself the more you can and will give to others. 90 minute classes $12.00 per class or 6 class pass for $60.00 (equals 1 free class)

Private Sessions 90 minutes $45.00 per person
